Les Biggerstaff (Director)
He is currently Licensee of his own real estate business and has extensive, practical hands on management experience. A Corporate member of the Real Estate Institute of WA, Les is also a registered Lecturer at the Institute.
Les brings to AXIS a vast and invaluable range of real estate and asset management experience.
Jeremy Reed (Director)
Jeremy is Licensee of his own real estate business having previously worked for some of Perth's largest and most successful real estate companies. He also holds a General Auctioneer Licence.
In the 1980's & 90's he was a senior Manager in Corporate banking, in Canada and Perth from which he gained extensive management and negotiating skills which are now put to professional use in assisting his real estate clients.
Jeremy also is a registered lecturer in Real Estate practice at REIWA and TAFE.
Salah Al-Halyan (Director)
Mr Salah Al-Halyan is a UAE national and is certified as an
Insurance Consultant by the Ministry of Economy and Commerce. He has held top positions
with two of the largest investment companies in the UAE supervising and directing
the biggest sales teams in the Middle East area. He has also been the General Manager
of the Emirates Insurance Association and is a registered insurance expert with
the Dubai Courts.
Mr Al-Halyan is a permanent writer in leading UAE newspapers, the Gulf News ("Forward
Planning") and the Al Bayan. he has appeared many times on local radio and television
giving expert financial advice and is currently writing a book about financial planning
and the development of the UAE.
Mr Al Halyan resides in Dubai and is a Director of AXIS.
Peter Broun (Senior Property Lawyer)
Peter Broun is Axis’ preferred property lawyer and has practiced almost exclusively in the area of commercial property. Peter has and continues to act for a diverse range of property clients including banks, government agencies, property consultants, property trusts, real estate agencies and developers. Peter advises on stamp duty, strata title issues, transfers of land and many other property law issues.
Bruce Hill (Projects & Facilities Manager)
Bruce Hill has extensive experience in senior managerial, finance, human resource management and accounting positions within “top end” property developments. In his role with Axis he ensures the success of a project by minimizing risk throughout the lifetime of the project. The planning, monitoring and control of all aspects of the project is overseen by Bruce along with motivation of all those involved in it to achieve the project objectives on time and to the specified cost, quality and performance.
Damien McNeice (Network Systems Administrator)
Damien McNeice designs, installs, and supports Axis’ computer systems. Bringing his extensive training with the Western Australian government to the Axis organization has been invaluable in maintaining network efficiency. He gathers data to identify Axis needs and then uses the information to identify, interpret and evaluate system network requirements. In addition Damien plans, coordinates and implements network security measures.
Alysia McNeice (Public Relations Manager)
As Public Relations Manager, Alysia covers all areas of media relations, community relations, key stakeholder relations and Axis branding. The main focus is developing and implementing communication strategies for Axis complementing their mission of ‘Sharing their Knowledge’.
